New month, new me 🌱

This month I’m really trying to work on personal growth. Infact, that’s what most of my goals are based around, so why don’t I just list them all: limit anxiety, be myself, be confident in myself, be able to say ‘no’, dedicate time for myself (selfcare/me-time), make memories, be creative and develope my water colour skills. Okay so some miscellaneous ones slipped in there but still… A few are specific to certain things that got me down in the last month and I think they come with little explanation. In other words I think they are universal experiences. Every month, I make a collage of my goals using Pinterest + Canva and set it as both my phone wallpaper and desktop background. I find it’s quite useful and work like a more specific yearly vison board (in which I have too, hanging in my room). As you can see, I’ve set this month’s vision board as the cover to relect on my goals for February. I like to set it as black and white so it’s aesthetic and the colours don’t clash.
